Welcome to your path to inner peace...

You may be feeling like you need support or that you have lost your peace - this can come to us all at various life stages. I offer a safe space to explore what is going on in your life. For example, you may be experiencing a life changing event such as a bereavement, reflecting upon past experiences, experiencing low confidence or are facing difficulties with relationships in your life. As I walk beside you on your journey, offering support and new insights, I provide a genuine, warm and empathic presence to aid in your self-exploration to gain greater understanding and empowerment.

I want you to feel heard and know that you are not alone in whatever it may be that you are facing. You are the author of your life and it would be an honour to help you navigate your way through difficult times.

I work predominantly using the person-centred approach, focussing on self-development in the ‘here and now’. I tailor my approach to meet your needs, using various techniques allowing me to deliver counselling that is personal to you. I work to create a trustworthy and supportive space for you to explore your experiences, thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. I offer challenge as part of the process, encouraging personal growth on mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

I offer you a space to:

  • Clarify your values and desires
  • Understand your emotions without judgment
  • Build self-awareness and self-acceptance

We can work towards identifying and overcoming obstacles that may be holding you back, empowering you to achieve your full potential.

It is normal to enter counselling with a feeling of uncertainty, however, by working collaboratively we can work at a pace that suits you and your needs. I will help you to reconnect with parts of yourself for a more fulfilling future.

Thank you for considering me to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey, I invite you to reach out with any questions and to explore your aims for counselling. I also provide a free 15 minute no obligation telephone call to explore if I may be the right counsellor for you.

"When a person is hurting, confused, troubled, anxious, or alienated, then understanding is called for... [and] deep understanding is... the most precious gift one can give to another"
